In 'Beneath the Surface' (my favourite story ;p), a series of grisly murders leads Kate to the most likely suspect, Angel. Also, Cordelia gets in over her head when she's cast in a Blair Witch rip-off.

Strange Bedfellows and Other Stories (issues 4, 10, 11, 17)
An abused wife isn't exactly what she seems, Angel resists the temptation of a vampire-run brothel, Cordelia and Phantom Dennis fend off a demonic intruder, and the AI team comes to grips with the loss of Doyle.

Autumnal (issues 12, 13, 14)
Angel fights his way through an army of vermin to rescue a kidnapped girl, and a case of spontaneous combustion puts Angel on the trail of a teenage runaway.

BtVS: Past Lives (issues 15 & 16)
In a crossover with issues 29 & 30 of the Buffy comic, a Slayer-like woman is killing demons in LA. Which wouldn't normally be a bad thing, but she's also telling their surviving brethren that she was sent by Angel.

Long Night's Journey (Volume 2 1-4)
Wesley, Gunn and Cordelia need all the strength and skill they can muster to save Angel from a vicious vampire with designs on Angel's soul.
